Update: The ticket system is back to normal.



There is an error occurring whenever people submit a ticket, which causes it to appear as if said ticket had not been sent, when it actually has been.
Therefore, we, the members of the staff request the community to understand the situation and stop mass submitting tickets.
Otherwise, ticket processing will be slowed, and your cases may be delayed indefinitely.

In an effort to make the item shop and services more available to our players, we're now offering a Bank Transfer Payment Option for purchases of GP, or services, on both KudoZ and DureaL!!

In order to take advantage of this option, make a post in the Payment Support section of the forums. Address your post to Tsume, and he will handle it from there.

This service will be available for BOTH servers, so for those of you unable to use PayPal, here's your alternative! With bank transfers, there are generally inherent bank-related fees, so ensure you're able to account for that in your purchase.
